I applied online. Had an HR interview and technical interview with Accenture Baltics. The technical interview was like an exam where the interviewer was reading a list of questions and I had to answer them. Got an offer, but they offered a salary 40

Multiple times they are scheduling interviews, but no one joins the call. The interview process is so pathetic. I also tried to connect to HR, but they don't respond to the call.

The interview process has three rounds. The first round is a technical and coding round. The second round focuses on the architectural thinking of the project. The third round is a managerial round with questions about team handling.
