Great work environment and culture
Accenture aims to always keep their employees' best interests in mind by introducing programs that support them, such as internet allowance, flexible working hours and locations, and mental health checks.
A strict "No retaliation" culture for reporting people to HR has been in place, which I have had no use for even up to this day.
- Workload can sometimes be a lot, depending on the projects you're working on. Some are easier compared to more harder projects.
- The pay is great but may not be enough for the amount of work being done sometimes.
