Stress, heavy workload, and no work-life balance.
Low bonuses, even if you work hard for the whole year. They expect you to work on weekends to complete tasks.
Also, be careful: they will give you a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) / PIP lite if you have a slight conflict with your manager or if they dislike anything about you. If you are tied up with this, then you will receive no bonus.
A lot to mention; they need to find it.
