Great social benefits; some projects are nice. Looks like a good place if you are in the very beginning of your career.
Low compensation; toxic working environment; laziness and incompetency are widely promoted; very incompetent management; HR that doesn't care at all about the people.
I'm not sure there is any advice that the Bulgarian management could understand.
