- Little to no work-life balance.
- 9-hour daily work schedule, but it would usually extend without overtime pay.
- Didn't understand how salary was computed. For example, you might get promoted but your salary would still be lower than that of someone who was not promoted, or a junior-level resource might have a higher salary than a senior-level resource.
