Mature organization. Well-defined roles and responsibilities. Respect for people is a core value. Flexible work culture. Less haggling than most Indian IT companies.
- No employee retention effort.
- Steady salary hike; there should be exponential growth for dedicated employees.
- Freshers do not have a say in skill selection.
Need more flexibility for junior resources to switch to their desired skills so that the attrition rate can be brought down. Overall, a GPTW (Great Place to Work).
