They accept and train fresh graduates and even resources on career change, as long as their technical background is solid. They also offer a decent starting salary.
Career growth is very slow and difficult. Accenture Philippines still operates under old heads from the old days, and there’s a persisting old Filipino work culture. If someone is senior in tenure, you have to call them “Sir” or “Miss,” as your development rests on them. Once you’re in a group or location, it’s really difficult to move to other locations or opportunities. I suggest for anyone coming in to dip yourself and gain experience as much as you can, but leave after one or two years. Never stay more than two years.
Practice what you advertise during recruitment.
The recruiter was very helpful during the whole interview process, and I was guided at every step. Once accepted, the recruiter made sure that I received all the information related to my onboarding.
It took them 4 months to call me back after the technical assessment. After the interview last month, I am still waiting as I made this review. I was told I passed the interview but have no offer yet.
It was a virtual interview. I waited for an hour, and they never showed. I sent emails before, during, and after the ‘interview,’ and received no response. They never reached out after, too, to say anything. I don't know what happened.
