Good company ethics, but I do not recommend staying for too long
You get to learn a lot from different projects. The majority of them have good ethics and conduct.
Lack of security and not easy to get other projects when on bench. The Talent Fulfilment Specialists (TFS) cared less in the majority of cases, providing minimal help. If finding the next project was easy, this company would be one of the best.
It would be great if finding the next project for the employees was easier.
Lack of a sense of security is not good for anyone.
