Decent salary. Decent benefits. Discount stock plan and stock that's actually worth something. Good place to start a career since you see different organizations. Just make sure to switch projects often. The latter requires constant hustling for projects and can be a drag.
Does not value senior people in high-expense office locations. It's much more difficult to get onboarded to a project when competing with near-shore and off-shore peers. Lots of training but very risk-averse when staffing projects. They tend to staff people that have previously been in the role before, and in practical terms, it's difficult for senior people to advance or change roles. Clique culture is very strong, and therefore networking is key to getting staffed.
