Pathetic HR management. I have worked in many companies, but Accenture is by far the worst.
Substandard senior management.
Work and personal life balance is really bad.
No compensation for working on weekends.
The list will go on and on. My experience in this company was really bad, and it was due to the project I was in.
There are all wrong people, from the project manager to senior management.
