Pros
  1. Great support when moving from abroad.
  2. Quite a friendly environment.
  3. A tolerant attitude towards people from different countries, races, and nationalities.
  4. Ability to change projects if you want.
Cons
  1. Low salary according to the salary rates on the market.
  2. Very hard to get a promotion.
  3. Many projects develop using obsolete technologies.
  4. No possibility to work from the office during the COVID-19 period.
  5. Business laptops work very slowly. Installed OS and software have many limitations due to security reasons.
  6. Bad communication between management and employee levels.
  7. Quite a high level of corporate bureaucracy.
  8. Huge staff turnover.
  9. Using e-surveys instead of direct face-to-face dialogue.
  10. Constantly-forced rotation between projects.
Advice to Management

Talk to people directly, face-to-face. Ask employees what they really want.
