Accenture

Hello! I have been at Accenture for 2 and a half years and counting. My current role is Senior Test Automation Engineer.

Here are the things I like about this company:

• Great working environment. My manager is very understanding when it comes to workload and time off.
• Non-toxic environment. My workmates are very professional.
• In my current project, I am surrounded by cool and smart individuals. Given that, you are also pushed to be better when working with them.
• Free trainings.
• Food budget during RTO <3
• Career growth. I skipped a promotion. I started as an ASE, and in 2 years, I got promoted to SSE (Senior Software Engineer).
• Lots of benefits.
• There are people you can talk to about your career plans (career counselors).

It may vary from project to project. I am blessed to be part of a good project (supporting Accenture technologies itself, not an outside client).

There are times that the workload is too much (not all the time, and of course this is expected when it comes to work).

Continue to be more people-oriented.
