Accenture

Interviewer asks us to introduce ourselves. They ask questions dependent on our introduction. For example, "Tell us about your final year project." "Did you face any problems in the group?" "How did you overcome them?"

No HR round was conducted. I was waiting in the lobby for more than 6 hours and had also mailed the Accenture team about it, but no action was taken. This was really disappointing, and I was not satisfied with this process.

Accenture has a great work-life balance environment. I love the work culture, team support, opportunities for learning and training, self-reflection, and supervisor support. If I could rate it overall, it would be 9 out of 10.
