Associate Software Engineer
Very good. Mostly focused on HR questions and questions related to project work. The questions were also related to my background and usual life experiences. Technical questions weren't asked much. It was overall good.
Software Engineer
Several interviews, followed by a practical exercise: 1. HR interview focusing on values and soft skills. 2. Manager interview focusing on hard skills. 3. Group project creation simulation.
Software Development Engineer (SDE)
Okay, okay. No technical questions were asked. Only behavioral questions were asked. Overall, a good interview. It was a virtual interview over online platforms. I was not selected. Okay company, low pay and too much work.
