Most managers are horrible. They're rude, impossible to please, and don't have any real skills.

Within "technology," most people have no technical background or skills, including higher-ups. They hire tons of fresh meat because most people quit within a year or two. You don't even unlock all company benefits until almost two years in.

Stop viewing analysts as disposable. So much talent is lost because people leave the company after being undervalued and underpaid.

Horrible managers keep leading projects because there is no real system in place to monitor them or give feedback up the chain.
