I was contacted on LinkedIn by a recruiter who was very kind. We scheduled a remote interview with a technician, during which they explained their company and what they were looking for.

3 steps: aptitude, coding, and interview. This is the basic process with basic questions and coding. There are also basic questions that are not so hard to attempt the interview process.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. It was good, the HR was helpful and the interviewer asked difficult level questions as compared to the position.
