It was smooth. There were some technical and behavioral questions. It was my college placement. We had an assessment and then an interview with a panel of 5 people. They asked about my projects and how I contributed to them.

At last, after all selections, they did not provide an offer. The process is very slow. No one is helpful in the recruiting process. They just say, "I have done my bit," and "don't know about the next step."

Hard and complex. The process is split into a few parts, and each part has a number of tasks. As a software developer, you need to prepare a discussion about a technology applied in their used industry.
