- Multiple working locations to choose from.
Indian managers make it worse.
Working hours are not that good. Work culture is not that good. Client-centric, not employee-centric. Typical managers. No fun at all.
Be employee-centric and not always client-centric.
Employees' interests should also be of your concern.
