Project difficulty level would vary depending on the manager you work with. If you are assigned a good team, you would enjoy the application development work.

Recognition for good work.
- Lack of proper communication among teammates because of different work locations.
It would be great if the team managers work on improving the software engineering fundamentals for new hires, as that would have a huge ROI when the new hires are inducted into real-time project work.
