You get to work with big clients. Access to courses & training. You get to choose the projects you want to work on.
You need to find roles/projects within the company. The process isn't great. The company looks after shareholders but not employees. The 6-monthly performance review process is not fair. When you join a role/project, there is a great chance that the actual role is different than what you signed up for.
The performance review process needs reviewing to make it fair!
