Be hopeless about annual increments, incentive, and appreciation for any innovation, appreciation for work done, and promotion. If your salary is not up to the mark according to the market, you will still be negotiated to the lowest pay scale as per industry standard. Monetary dissatisfaction.
Please share equal transparency with lower employees. Communicate with them if they have any problems inside or outside the office. Are there any challenges they are facing that prevent them from concentrating fully on work? Do they need counseling?
Please motivate us. Employee motivation is only possible if employees gain some extra perks for the amount of work delivered. Conduct more meetings for all levels.
