Pros

Accenture provides flexibility to work on many different projects and accounts during one's tenure. The quality of work experience depends on the project, one's supervisor, and one's team. The company pairs employees with a career counselor and a Talent Fulfillment Specialist. Performance evaluations are often personal. Annual bonuses are awarded.

Cons

Difficult to get promoted.

Some projects and roles are more stressful and time-consuming than others.

An employee can be let go from a project in a few months or a year.

Projects do not always train a new member, so it's up to the individual to learn and catch up with operations.

It is difficult to switch from one sector of the company to another, so one may feel stuck.

This does not necessarily provide career growth.
