The people are nice and seem bright. Compensation isn't bad for someone just out of college entering at the analyst level, though if you have some serious computer/programming skills, you can probably still do better elsewhere.
Health insurance options are very lacking. Work is not exactly rewarding. Still need to work for longer before I pass further judgment.
Make the offer letters clearer: either you offer health insurance as a perk or don't. Just having options "available" doesn't make it a benefit.
