It is easy and mostly non-technical. It's a general introduction about yourself, and it usually takes around 20 minutes. The way of communication is most important; the way you speak matters a lot.

Assessments: Situational judgment, numeracy test, data analysis. Assessment day: Situational judgment test, technology showcase (gave presentation on how a technology is used in a sector), video interviews, ten immersive challenges.

I had a great experience with the interview process. It was a great experience to learn, and I even learned new things, including how to attend an interview, as this was my first one.
