Pros

You can move between projects if you like.

Cons

Dealing with different time zones, they prioritize IST. So, you basically work during IST working hours.

They say they embrace "agile," but in reality, there is no real velocity concept, no retros, and stand-ups can take hours. Every team has an imposed commitment of story points, which is the same for all teams.

Often, they force offshore teams to work 24 hours straight or more to reach commitments, and they are proud of it under the "meritocracy" fallacy, where, at the end, only close friends of management end up getting promoted.

Advice to Management

Meritocracy is not a thing.
