Very bad with compensation and hikes.
The first round comprises questions on aptitude, logical reasoning, and pseudocode. The second is the coding round, the third is the communication round, and then comes the final round, which is an F2F interview where a few basic questions were asked
Since it was the first interview of my life, I was nervous. It was a group interview where 5 people were called together: 3 girls and 2 boys. I was called amongst all the toppers of my batch, and I had scored barely 61% overall. So, more nervousness.
I had an online test, which was followed by an English language test. Finally, I had an HR interview round, which comprised of behavioral questions and projects that I have done in my undergrad.
