My experience at Accenture has been like one at any other government job in India
Great work-life balance, employee friendly, with lots of events and extracurricular activities to engage with. Hikes are better than other Indian mass companies like Infosys, Wipro, and the likes.
Since it's a service-based company, there's not much to work from scratch on some product development, and nothing much to learn or gain experience, especially if you join as a fresher. There's no scope of growth.
Deploy new and innovative technologies at work instead of being old school.

The first round was aptitude. The next was coding, where they provided two questions. Then came the communication round, and finally, the HR round. Only the aptitude and HR rounds were elimination rounds.
