Big office across all over India.
Hire in bulk, especially ASE.
Big cafeteria.
Cons: TL work according to the manager, if they work, and don't apply their brain.
Going onshore and getting early promotions depends on luck, specifically on which project you are in.

Exploiting ASE and SE.
Big HR department, but they always take the manager's side.
