Great trainings. Good local management.
Emphasis on the local management. Management on the onshore side can get annoying sometimes, depending on the client. However, they don't pay overtime, even if it is agreed that extra hours of work are needed to meet deadlines.

You never know if you'll get selected for the company or not. My interview went so well but I wasn't selected. I don't know how they determine whom to take and whom not to. So, shallow company culture.
