- If you are into consulting, then it's a good company to go.
- Frequent transfers at the start of the career.
- Certain regions in India have a lot of bias towards locals and people speaking the local language.
- Hectic work schedule; may have to work on many weekends.
- Huge company in terms of number of employees, so you are almost insignificant and it's hard to rise to the top.
- HR is the least important person in the company. They don't care about your concerns, and if they do, their opinion is insignificant.
