Career growth – they always say the goal is to be multiskilled, but if you want to excel or focus on one tech stack, you would need luck.
Projects usually last for a couple of months or a year plus. After that, if there's no project for your skill, you might be trained for other tech, and even maybe on your next project, you will have a different role.
