Good work culture. Good core values. Good resources. Hike is also good. Cab facility.
HR does not get involved at all unless it is them who is taking the heat.
Management people are awful. If they like you, you can get away with anything, and if they don't, no matter what you do or how hard you work, it won't amount to anything at all.
Be more active. Support technical people. Check who is talking big game and who is actually winning you big games. Recognize talent, skill, and hard work.
