Pros
  1. Good and professional working environment.
  2. One can advance their career here and become a specialist or even lead a tech team on a project.
  3. Plenty of projects to choose from based on skill set and experience.
  4. Trainings on different skills are always conducted, and one can switch their skill sets as well, depending on project needs and vacancies.
Cons
  1. Annual hikes were good earlier, but increments have deteriorated for the last 1-2 years.

  2. Just like every organization, people do indulge in politics here.

  3. The Diversity & Inclusion program has created a tremendously unfair advantage in career promotion and providing leeway to female and trans employees over male employees. We have been noticing that capable men are getting overlooked and incompetent women are getting advantages in their careers. This is not rampant or happening majorly, but some unfair tactics are being used to maintain a 50:50 gender ratio instead of focusing on technological advancement.

The term "AI" is being screamed all over the company, but they are not able to retain or procure AI-related clients & projects. No one is able to find or create the use of AI in their daily routines.

Advice to Management
  1. Try to focus on the actual procurement of AI projects instead of just showing off that you are working on AI projects.
  2. Try to pay attention to those annual feedback forms and learn to give back to employees with proper hikes when you boast about your annual revenue earnings.
  3. Stay honest if there were shortcomings in the revenue. At least it will help the employees plan for the future.
