Nice company, but bad people
The hike is decent, if not good. It has a lot of brand name.
People joining Accenture from other companies are spoiling the work environment.
Supervisors give ratings depending on your relations with them.
HR is useless; they cannot work independently of managers. There is a lot of relocation, with no good policies regarding this.
The cafe sucks big time. There is no good infrastructure or campus. The basic salary is low.
