Nice company for freshers and while switching jobs
For freshers, it is a good place to start as promotion is default.
Gives a good hike while switching jobs.
Forcing to relocate is really bad. Hikes are drastically different on a project-to-project basis. Getting one-to-one with HR is even worse.
Please stop worrying about profit and start focusing more towards employees.
