Good work culture.
Benefits like a WFH setup.
Mostly support projects, less development.
I applied through college or university. It was an easy process. They mostly ask about projects and basic OOPs and DBMS. Just focus on the basics and it will be good. They only take one interview, no HR, nothing, and that interview will decide wheth
They didn't ask even a single technical question. All they asked were HR questions, only about my hobbies and interests. They didn't ask even a single DSA question, and only God knows how they selected candidates.
2 rounds, 1 telephonic round, and the 2nd round was also a telephonic round. Easy questions were asked by them, and there's no need to worry. It's a good company, and I like the policies here for employees.
