Good policies and onsite opportunities
Learning isn't great; too much politics.
1. First of all, there was a Recruiter call. 2. After that, an onsite with 4 rounds. 3. One manager round and then, based on feedback, it was a no-go for me.
Firstly, there was a cognitive and technical assessment. After clearing that, the communication round was next, and the last round was the HR round, in which basic questions were asked to the students.
2 rounds, 1 telephonic round, and the 2nd round was also a telephonic round. Easy questions were asked by them, and there's no need to worry. It's a good company, and I like the policies here for employees.
