Very nice work culture. Considering work-life balance, it is an awesome place to work.
I did not feel any drawback.
I applied through college or university. It was an easy process. They mostly ask about projects and basic OOPs and DBMS. Just focus on the basics and it will be good. They only take one interview, no HR, nothing, and that interview will decide wheth
The interview process was smooth. The first round was the technical round where I was interviewed on the concepts of Java and one coding question was there. I got the offer and I accepted it.
The process included: 1. Aptitude round. If you pass it, approximately 75% qualify. 2. Coding round. Two questions. If you do all test cases for one, then you qualify. 3. Communication round. It is non-elimination but very important for grading.
