Good interview. Not much technical, but on the easier side and was easy. If you know basic programming, you can clear this round and enjoy a good salary and working culture.

The first round was technical. The second round was managerial. The last was the documentation process. It was the worst since the department didn't pick up calls or reply to emails.

Pathetic. No systematic process, no dedicated call numbers, only AVRs. No management. They won't give you feedback, will keep your profile on hold, and then remove it without any information.
