Pros

Multiple platforms to work on.

No need to restrain yourself to only one skill, as there are easy options to add secondary skills and acquire expertise in any domain you desire.

Cons

Lack of projects at particular locations might result in the relocation of many employees. This can sometimes make it tough for well-settled individuals and those with families.

Advice to Management

We need to understand what most of the employees want and also help in making the employees understand what the company expects in an even better way. There are locations with project limitations and locations with constraints. At times it happens, but for years and years the situation continues to be the same. Dissatisfaction among employees grows exponentially, and the promises from all top management are considered meaningless. I believe top management shouldn't focus more on these persistent policy and administration problems; talk to the employees, and make your efforts transparent. I am sure this would buy you the loyalty of the employees.
