The environment is very good for female employees. The company provides a good and secure environment for its female employees. There are no issues with transportation, and the transportation team runs things smoothly.
Like every other company, there are cons as well in the company. But the better the growth of the company, the better are the chances to overcome the cons.
There should be more interactive sessions with the leadership, so that they can also guide the resources to grow across various skills.
