Pros
  1. You won't lose your job until you violate any policy.

  2. Flexible work timings. What I mean is that you can leave the office at any time and nobody will notice you.

  3. Bad programming won't affect your life and salary hikes/promotions.

Cons
  1. If you are dissatisfied with the work and want to change projects, HR will not help you.
  2. A three-month notice period will ensure that you have to stay in this company. I got rejected by 12 companies because of this notice period.
  3. If your Supervisor/Manager promises you something, please don't take it seriously (promotion/hikes, etc.).
  4. You have to indulge in politics/buttering if you want a project.
Advice to Management

They are just news publishing toys.

Nothing else.
