- If you are dissatisfied with the work and want to change projects, HR will not help you.
- A three-month notice period will ensure that you have to stay in this company. I got rejected by 12 companies because of this notice period.
- If your Supervisor/Manager promises you something, please don't take it seriously (promotion/hikes, etc.).
- You have to indulge in politics/buttering if you want a project.
They are just news publishing toys.
