Pros

You can get staffed on incredible projects and meet several people that will help your career. The more you network, the more success you'll have at Accenture.

Cons

You'll often get stuck with grunt tasks and work long hours. Your work-life balance will be heavily dependent on the client and project you're staffed on. It's unpredictable at times and difficult to know where you'll be in two years.

Advice to Management

Offer better forms of training for employees. Internal trainings are not helpful, especially mandatory ones for emerging technologies. They often take time away from assisting with client work.
