Mainly focused on projects and thinking ability. Good communication is required. Coding knowledge and questions on coding, about the company and technologies used in the company. Certifications and questions based on certifications.

I successfully cleared the technical round by passing all test cases for every coding question. Despite meeting all the requirements, not every student who cleared the test was shortlisted for selection.

Not to the point and not executed perfectly. Most of my friends don't know the syntax of Java or any other programming language, yet they got selected. So I don't prefer their recruiting efficiently.
