Work-life balance, nice infrastructure.
No downsides. It's good company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. The first interview for SWE lasted about 30 minutes, asked to elaborate on past projects that used the language the team is using and to explain tech stack. Questions on Java and AWS too.
Good, but need to have basic knowledge on your subject. Required good real-time troubleshooting experience. Should have good communication skills. There will be 3-4 rounds, depending on the project.
I talked with the team manager, and he was not trying to put me at ease. He asked a question at the beginning that could have had different aspects, and he pointed out that my answer was not okay throughout the entire interview.
