The interview was conducted at a cafe. There were a lot of people waiting, and a written exam was given to us. The interviewer was okay and mostly asked about non-technical things, such as whether we were comfortable with voice or non-voice accounts.

Behavior and IQ test. The first round was a behavior and IQ test, then moved to the technical interview. Later, I got a callback with a job offer, however, I declined due to another offer on the table. Overall, it was pretty straightforward.

I attended through a campus interview and did well in the entire interview process, but at last, they hired only girls from my college. So why waste the students' time?
