Micromanagement, low raises even if promoted. You won't be promoted even if you have high performance. Managers won't back you up even if you are a high performer on the team, unless you are close with him/her. They listen to your concerns but won't take action, just so you would feel like they helped, but they don't really. Too much politics in this company. That's why they are losing the really good employees.

I attended the interview on Oct. 18, 2024. The interview was very good, but they are still giving results. They asked about my projects, intro, hobbies, favorite, and least favorite subjects. That's it.
