Young team. Free coffee, but it wasn't much to write home about.

Complete disorganization in project management.
Old technologies.
Majority of processes were manual (deploys, monitoring, ...).
Lack of materials to work with. They only gave a laptop, not even a mouse. I had to buy one. Some colleagues even had a 13'' laptop... How is it possible to work well like this?!
