Training is always available.
Travel, food, and accommodation are provided for out-of-town projects.
Travelling is required a lot.
Rarely get to choose the project and assignment you get placed into.
Rolling off a project can be difficult.
Overtime working hours are almost always required at any project I've been to.
Salary increases and promotions are extremely difficult to get and you don't get what you're worth; it's all about who you know.
Lot of politics.
Get asked to use holidays when you don't want to.
Increase salary for your employees and provide equal promotion opportunities based on each individual's performance.
