A good company to get into the workforce
Great exposure to very good clients.
Good for leadership training.
Promotion strategy is not transparent at all. Even if you follow the politics, it is very hard to tell if you will become eligible. At junior levels, you do not get pay rises unless you get promoted, and you get promoted if your manager likes you at one point in time during the year. This is great for management consultants who are good at socializing and self-promoting, but bad for software engineers who want to do a good job.
Pay your engineers more.
